We have put together a new solution for you!
BaSt-Ing offers you a complete set with a robust gear pump,
non-return valve, hydraulic hose and suitable screw connections, so that
you can upgrade your car trailer yourself in just a few minutes. The
pump is designed in such a way that it can be driven with a standard
cordless screwdriver and quickly tilts the trailer, even with a heavy
load.
FAQs:
The tipping time for a 2.7t tipper is approx. 30-40 seconds with a standard cordless screwdriver speed of 1800rpm.
The higher the speed, the faster the tipping process takes place (max. 4000rpm)
Recommended for the PumpFast Set are standard 18V cordless
screwdrivers. With a full weight load, professional cordless
screwdrivers with a torque of approx. 90Nm are required.
The high performance of the cordless screwdriver is only available
when the trailer is loaded to the maximum (weight). If green waste or
firewood is often transported, the devices are subject to low loads.
With a heavy load, the 1st gear of the cordless screwdriver can/should
be used.
The hand pump remains fully functional with the PumpFast system
Several tipping processes can be carried out with a 5Ah battery.
The larger the trailer, the more powerful the hydraulic cylinders
and thus more oil is required per dump. The cordless screwdriver does
not necessarily require higher performance. (System pressure identical
to smaller hangers)
